{In The Kitchen} What’s For Dinner: October 15-21

No big intro today – let’s get right to it:

Monday – Crockpot Veggie Spaghetti (recipe coming tomorrow)

Tuesday – Lemon chicken with spinach + artichoke dip

Wednesday – “Turkey lurkey” (my daughter’s favorite meal at Bob Evans, made at home: roasted turkey, mashed potatoes + gravy, and applesauce)

Thursday – Red beans + rice

Friday – Ranch chicken (chicken dipped in ranch dressing, rolled in breadcrumbs and baked until crispy!)

SaturdayShrimp + crab dip with chips (that’s right, we’re having dip for dinner. Whatevs.)
