{In The Kitchen} What’s For Dinner – September 24-30

This week I will be heading to Las Vegas for four days. Say it with me: “Ahhh!” I’ll be participating in General Mills’ Box Tops for Education panel at this year’s Blogalicious conference so this is a work/relaxation getaway. I don’t know how much relaxation I will be able to fit in, but I hope I get at least a little bit! Mama has been working hard so let me catch a break somewhere, you know?

Since I leave Thursday morning, I am leaving dinner in the very capable hands of my husband while I’m gone. Who knows what he’ll make (he has his rotation of his three favorite meals, none of which the kids eat) but I’m sure my children will be well fed while I’m gone! My site was down over the weekend but here are the three meals I’ll be making while I’m here:

Monday – Spaghetti w/ zucchini and turkey meatballs (Just saute zucchini before adding store-bought spaghetti sauce to pan)

Tuesday – Turkey burgers with garlic fries

Wednesday – BBQ chicken wings with pan-fried green beans

Thursday-Sunday – Husband’s choice!!!
