It’s The YML Mother’s Day Giveaway! $40 DSW Gift Card For You Or The Mom You Admire!

DSW-Warehouse

Every year, my husband asks me what I would like for Mother’s Day and I struggle to name anything. Flowers, breakfast in bed, a spa day? They’re all so…boring.

But you know what’s never boring? Shoes. Shoes are the perfect gift. Of course, you can’t allow just any ol’ body to pick out shoes for you. It’s best to pick them out yourself.

That is why for this Mother’s Day, I’m giving away a $40 gift card to my favorite shoe store, DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse). I’ve been shopping here since high school, when my birthday and report card money was all I needed to afford brand-new shoes! The gift card is good for in stores and online, so if you don’t happen to have a DSW near you, don’t fret! You get free shipping on most orders and the return/exchange policy is super easy.

This Mother’s Day giveaway is open until May 10 at noon. I’ll then select a winner at random and send you the gift card to arrive on Mother’s Day! Use the Rafflecopter below to get your entries in. Good luck!

  1. I’m all about a low key Mother’s Day. Waking up late is a must and breakfast in bed would be ideal :) We love going to paint pottery and maybe having a picnic in the park. I find the best memories are made when there with no fuss plans!

  2. On our first mother’s days a friend and I went to a pottery painting place (had our husbands watch the babies) and painted plates, adding the baby’s footprint when we were done. So fun! :)

My best Mother’s Day is to not cook and be taken out to dinner. I would love to have my Son and daughter their and get some chocolates, a card and flowers. I would love this!

My best Mother’s Days are always spent with my Mommy. Since I am a mom now and have moved away from home. I treasure dearly anytime spent with my mom and my extended family. I get to honor the matriarchs of our family and making memories that are valuable to me and my children. It also is setting a pattern with my own daughters that I value quality time and maybe they will come back and spend time with me when they have families of their own. :)
