What’s your credit score?

Now more than ever, having a decent credit score is vitally imporant. I recently bit my lip and purchased my credit report and score to see how I stacked up. I was pleasantly surprised that I have what some (like banks and credit agencies) might call, “Good credit.” Actually, great credit.

It cost me about $15 (ouch!) but I feel better knowing where I stand.

If you don’t want to fork over that much just yet, check out MSN’s Credit Survey which is pretty accurate in estimating where you stand.

I recently went to http://www.annualcreditreport.com and got mine for free. It was only a $5 charge if you wanted your credit score included with it. I was too scared to see my score so I only got the report, lol
