Monday maternity pick: Cute top edition

As I’ve just finished what I expect will be my last (read: FINAL) pregnancy, I’m done looking for maternity clothes, but I keep scouring sites and looking for cute clothes for you, my readers. Yes, I put in the time and energy so you don’t have to. You can thank me later.

This week’s pick comes courtest of JCPenney. Now, I know you may not shop at JCPenney but let me tell you: for maternity clothes, their prices aren’t half bad. At about $18 for a shirt, you can find some decent clothes for a decent price. Don’t we always appreciate that?

This cute blue top is less than $20 and will get you through most of your pregnancy with room to spare.

Shopping at a mainstream outlet like JCPenney is always a good idea when it comes to maternity clothes shopping. Buying clothes from maternity speciality stores like Motherhood Maternity will usually give you a better selection, but higher prices. The maternity section at mainstream stores, such as the Gap or Old Navy, will undoubtedly be smaller, but you won’t pay an arm and a leg for clothes that you will soon grow out of.
