I’ve seen the promos for Mel B’s new show, “The Singing Office,” at least thirty times now and while I couldn’t tell you the real premise of the show, all I know is that Mel B looks fantastic, kids or no kids. If you already have a Netflix account or are thinking about getting one, you can use your membership as a way to vary your exercise routine. Check out Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease video or one of the tried-and-true Billy Blanks Tae Bo videos.
