[In The Kitchen] Baked Ranch-Flavored Chicken Wing Recipe

I’ve made some variation of this recipe at least once a month this year. I can’t even remember where I found the original recipe but whoever it was, I salute you! Here’s my most recent version – enjoy!


Cooking spray or 2 tablespoons oil

1 pound of chicken wings or drumsticks

Salt and pepper

1/3 packet of ranch seasoning (or use this homemade recipe here)

1/4 cup of chicken broth


Preheat the oven to 375. Spray or oil a cooking sheet and then spread out the chicken. (Depending on the size of your sheet, you may have to use two cooking sheets — you don’t want the chicken to be too close together.) Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is browned, about 35-40 minutes. Mix the ranch seasoning mixture with the chicken broth. Take the chicken out of the oven and brush it with the ranch broth. Return it to the oven to cook for another 10 minutes. Chicken should be brown and crispy.
