Before my kids were born, I was certain I would use a certain brand of diapers. All the moms I talked to swore by this brand and claimed it was the best. So I bought a big box.
Once my daughter got here, however, it turned out that everyone’s “favorite brand” had fragrance in it that was irritating her skin. So I switched to the store-brand diapers and fell in love. I wish I had tried out that store brand before spending $30 on a box of diapers I didn’t feel comfortable using.
I wish that Diaper Dabbler had been around when my kids were born. The company allows you to sample a variety of diapers all in one convenient package. Check out the brands they have available:

You can pick which diapers you’re interested in (are you more budget-conscious or focused on organics?) and create your own little sample box. They even include a diaper brand rating chart to help you keep track of which brands you loved and which ones weren’t a good fit (literally). I would have loved to get a box as a baby shower gift or shoot, I would have bought one myself!
The company was founded by Beth Dolar, a working mom of two from Wisconsin. I’ve spoken to her so many times (and if you’re a regular on our Young Mommy Life Facebook page, you’ve probably seen her commenting!). I love supporting small businesses and if you do too, you should check them Diaper Dabbler out the next time you’re looking for a baby shower gift! They also sell larger diapers (up to size 3) and training pants!
