Yea, I agree w/ the pampering of the feet. I remember back in the day (Lol, 2 yrs ago) when going to the nail shop to pedicure was standard for every 2 weeks I was in there like clock work. Even when I was too busy to go I would give myself a quick pedicure and I could do a mean french on my toes. LOL. This will be on my to do list for sure.

@Mary - Hi, Mary, thanks for the info. Yeah, I know Vaseline just kind of sits on skin, but it's an old-school trick and it works. If you want to use another product (like I suggested) that's fine too. I'd recommend pure shea butter as an alternative. It's a great moisturizer.

It's best to use a moisturizing creme instead of Vaseline. Vaseline is made from petroleum which blocks your skins pores therefore not letting moisture in. I know this because I have my own business that I started out of need for a good foot scrub. It's www.healmysole.com and has grown in the past 5 years to include lotion, creme and lip balms just to name a few. The important point is to realize what ingredients you are using on your skin. Petroleum isn't a good one, neither is Mineral Oil - both just lay on your skin, never fully absorbed. People that are addicted to chap stick - same thing. Petroleum has no moisturizing benefits - it just repels. I just want people to be aware of the ingredients they use for better results. New mommies don't have precious time to waste :) Thanks!

Great idea! I don't pamper my feet at all...most of the time I don't even have a minute to put lotion on them after I step out of the shower. But you're right, I really should take the time at night to pamper them a bit. But no foot rubs for me! I can't stand other people touching or even looking at my feet. I'm a freak, I know...
