Meet Ashley, 23, a former teen mom who has worked her tail off to provide a good life for her 6-year-old daughter. Despite some stumbling blocks (like finding herself homeless with a six-month-old), Ashley is now in school working toward her Master’s degree.

I know we’re all busy and it’s the holiday season, but it’s the PERFECT time of year to turn some of our focus on those who need our help the most. These mothers ask for nothing except a chance to make their kids’ lives better. That’s all. Who can’t relate?

Grrrr, I tried to make a donation three times now and paypal is acting like a %$#@! Hopefully it didn’t charge my card all three times even though it gave me an error message. I’ll try again another day, not dealing with it tonight, but I did want u to know I tried!
