    I’ve got about 3 1/2 of these, lol. I don’t have any money so I can’t exactly give it away yet, lol. With that said, you know I am nowhere near purchasing a home… but give me some time and everything will fall into place.

    But you also live in an entirely different housing market. Isn’t it crazy expensive to live in Cali? I mean, what would $200K buy you? In our area, you could buy a nice home for around $150K, but I suspect that in your neck of the woods, it’s at least double that….Maybe. I’m not really sure where in Cali the prices are highest, but I’m just shocked to see how much cost varies from place to place. And once you do start your quest, make sure to let us know! Regardless of the prices, I’m rooting for you!! :)
