I’ve had just about enough of this winter and have decided to anticipate the days when I can leave the house in just one layer of clothes.
London Fog trench coat, $79
So I’ve got my eye on this chic London Fog trench coat. I’m on a tight budget these days (who isn’t?) and this type of coat will give me a very money-look without spending a ton of cash. Plus, if I get the stone colored one, if my son vomits on my shoulder, it won’t be completely obvious to everyone in a two-mile radius.
French Connection Veronica Short-Sleeved Tie-Neck Blouse, $44
I’m in love with tie-neck shirts these days, so this French Connection diamond print blouse from Macy’s is on my wish list. It’s cute enough to wear to work or on the weekends. I’m trying to get a wardrobe that’s not so “Mom” and more “Cute 20something on the go with kids in tow.”

Oooh, don’t get me started on skirts and dresses! They’re my favorite now, ever since I’ve discovered skirts and dresses (if made properly) can make you look slimmer. I can’t wait for the warm weather. This winter is draggggggggging.
