Since he loves basketball and the Lakers, maybe you can get him tickets to a game--or better yet, maybe pay for a "big boy" basketball camp... one where he could learn how to up his game.

You could also box up a really nice piece of lingerie, a naughty game or two, and confirmation for reservations at a Bed and Breakfast... a nice quiet weekend for the two of you would be unforgettable (especially if you bring the big red bow... LOL!)

I love making baskets with all his favorite stuff in there. One year, I made him a basket with drawers, socks and tanks in it. Put some mini-snickers in there, and make him dig for the little lingerie piece I got for him to see me in...you can't go wrong.

Then another year, I made him a basket of music/movies, and I included a signed copy with one free lesson from his favorite keyboard instructor. He loved it.

If all else fails, I love Arlice's idea about the big bright red bow. LOL

Wow! Is your husband and mine long lost brothers?

Ok, I say how about you with a big bright red bow? No? Yeah, I feel ya LOL!

How about gift certificates to his favorite restaurants or tickets to a live basketball game.

For men, I say u can never go wrong with socks, underwear or cologne! What about doing like I did? Get him a gift that is really meant for you, like something you guys can use together. What about items you can all use as a family? Family board game night or something. I just bought my 25 yr old best friend Operation and Life!

My dad, I got him little snacks I know he likes. A big bag of skittles, reese cups, m&ms, etc. I also got him a personalized t- shirt. Might be a little late for you to do anything personalized though. Vibrating slippers? Seat warmer or back massager for the car? Gift certificate for a certain amount of hair cuts?

What about if u make something? I can remember when I was younger I made my mother some flowers and a vase out of construction paper. Each flower had a different item on it. Back massage, do the dishes, clean the bathroom, etc. So maybe you can do something similar where he can choose a little "treat" each day, every other day, every weekend, however you wanna do it! Some things can be romantic, some sexual, you know you can hit me up for ideas I won't post on here ;-)

I forgot to mention, he doesn't drink. At all. See what I mean? He's impossible! :)

I could maybe go with the comedian angle...I'm going to marinate on that tonight and see what I come up with! Thanks for the suggestions!

I have this exact same problem. Except my husband does bike, so I can always get biking gear. Does he spend any time in the car? Favorite comedian on CD? Gift certificate for a detail clean? Beer always works for me too. Does he like microbrews at all? There are some great places where you can pick out six different ones and put them in a six pack. That's all I've got! Good luck.
